Shipping Policy & Vaccines
On orders over $75.00, American Livestock and Pet Supply, Inc will pay ground shipping charges excluding FOB items and COD Fees.
Note: FOB (Freight On Board) is charged on items 6 lbs and over, you will see "FOB weight: #lbs" right above the sku of the product. FOB is based off of product weight and your zip code. It is figured off the UPS freight charts.
All orders under $75.00 will have a flat rate $7.00 shipping and handling fee. COD orders under $75.00 will incur the $13.00 COD charge plus the $7.00 shipping and handling fee. FOB shipping will charged on items 6 lbs and over.
Next Day Air Shipping service is available. Please note in the "Order Notes" portion of the "Shopping Cart" if you prefer this service. Next Day charges will be calculated and added to the order based on weight after the order is packaged. If you prefer to know the exact amount of the shipping charge, please contact customer service during business hour 1-800-356-0700.
Next Day Air Shipping Vaccines. For Quality Assurance we ship Guaranteed Next Day Delivery for all Vaccines and Temperature Sensitive items only. See Temperative Sensitive Items Below. The additional $15.00 charge covers both shipping and a cooler box with ice (where appropriate). - Orders for vaccines totaling over $250.00 will ship Guaranteed Next Day FREE of charge - Vaccine orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. - Vaccine orders are non refundable and non returnable.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. COD orders are accepted, but will incur a $13.00 COD charge (Note: First time COD orders and/or COD orders over $400.00 must be paid via cashiers check or money order.) We accept personal check on mailed orders also.

American Livestock and Pet Supply ships within the United States Only.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will always be shipped via Second Day Air. Charges are based on the weight of the product and will be figured after the order is packed - call for exact amount. Note: hazardous materials and Aerosols cannot be shipped air.
The majority of all shipments are shipped via UPS.
Temperature Sensitive Items
All orders containing temperature sensitive items such as vaccines, implants and antibiotics will be shipped Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, the additional charge of $15.00 covers both shipping and a cooler box with ice (when appropriate). Vaccines are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Warm Climates: When temperatures are above 50° F they will be packed with ice packs. When the weather is very warm the ice packs may be melted when the package arrives, however, they will have done their job in protecting the sensitive items. Under extremely hot conditions, if you are not available to accept your shipment, we recommend you leave a large cooler with ice for your delivery personnel to place your package in. .
Cold Climates: In areas where normal temperatures are below 50° F, no ice will be included in your package. We will still ship your order in a cooler box to help protect against freezing.
To facilitate this we offer Next Day Delivery service (Temperature Sensitive Items Only) at $15.00 (includes Next Day and cooler box) per order. Standard Overnight orders will ship Monday through Thursday (noon CT). Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available
