Thank you for choosing American Livestock Supply for your animal health needs. ALS has been serving the animal health industry since 1971. Our customer service staff is available during normal business hours to answer questions related to your order, products we stock, or any other general questions. If you are unable to find the information you need on our website, please call us a 800-356-0700 and talk to one of our representatives to answer your questions or place on order.
Once an order is placed it is immediately printed in our distribution center where it is promptly picked, packed and shipped. The majority of all orders are processed the same day in which they are received, so you can expect to have your order in hand within 2 to 4 working days. Expedited service is available.
Ordering from ALS saves you time and money by having the supplies you need shipped directly to your location and allowing you to shop in the comfort of your own home either by phone, web, fax, or mail.

At American Livestock Supply we take your privacy very serious. When you create a new logon account at americanlivestock.com, we collect your e-mail address and password. Your e-mail address, with your permission, will be used to notify you that your order has been shipped, or to inform you of special offers. If you place an order, we collect your billing and shipping address(es). Information we require is your: Name, Address, City, State and Zip Code. We ask for your phone number where it will only be used to inform you of an issue with a specific order. Never will your phone number be sold or given to third parties. We may offer your address information to other businesses that provide similar goods or services, however if you wish not to have your information shared, please notify customer service or select the respective box on the website.
Payments made via credit card are stored in your on-line profile in our secured website. You may check the authenticity of our security by clicking on the "VeriSign" logo. Compare Apples to Apples!
When comparison shopping, make sure you know about added charges. American Livestock Supply, Inc. has no added charges on all orders over $75.00 with the exception of the items marked FOB or if you elect to pay via COD. Some companies charge a shipping charge based on the total dollar value of your order, others are charging freight on items as small as quarts! You will find that our prices are very competitive, but because we do not impose additional charges, American Livestock Supply remains most competitive!
So when comparison shopping be sure to compare apples to apples!

Shipping Policy
On orders over $75.00, American Livestock Supply, Inc will pay shipping charges excluding FOB items and orders paid by COD.
For your convenience we accept VIsa, MasterCard, and Discover. COD orders are accepted. There is a $10.50 COD charge on all COD orders. (Note: First time COD orders and/or COD orders over $400.00 must be paid via cashiers check or money order.) We accept personal check on mailed orders also.
All orders under $75.00 will have a flat rate $7.00 shipping and handling fee added to the order. COD orders under $75.00 will incur the $10.50 COD charge plus the $7.00 shipping and handling fee.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping service is available. Please note in the "Order Notes" portion of the "Shopping Cart" if you prefer this service. Next Day or Second Day charges will be calculated and added to the order based on weight this will not show up on your web order. Call for charges. You will be charged the difference between the Ground Service Rate and the Air Service Rate. If you prefer to know the exact amount of the shipping charge, please contact customer service during business hour.

American Livestock Supply ships within the United States Only. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will always be shipped via Second Day Air. Charges are based on the weight of the product. Note: Hazardous materials and Aerosols cannot be shipped air.
The majority of all shipments are shipped via UPS.

Temperature Sensitive Items
All orders containing temperature sensitive items such as vaccines, implants and antibiotics will be charged an additional $2.50 for a cooler and ice. Due to their delicate nature, we highly recommend temperature sensitive items be shipped via Next Day Air. Vaccines are non-returnable.
Warm Climates: When temperatures are above 50° F they will be packed with ice packs. When the weather is very warm the ice packs may be melted when the package arrives, however, they will have done their job in protecting the sensitive items. Under extremely hot conditions, if you are not available to accept your shipment, we recommend you leave a large cooler with ice for your delivery personnel to place your package in. .
Cold Climates: In areas where normal temperatures are below 50° F, no ice will be included in your package. We will still ship your order in a cooler box (for $2.50) to help protect against freezing.
To facilitate this we offer Next Day Air service (Temperature Sensitive Items Only) at $13.50 per order. Standard Overnight orders will ship Monday through Thursday (noon CT). Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.

F.O.B. Products
Items that are marked with FOB after the price, the Shopping Cart will calculate any FOB charges during the checkout process when your shipping information is entered. The shipping weight of all gallons marked FOB is 10 lbs. The shipping weight of other FOB items is 2 lbs more than the net weight listed. If you have questions on how the FOB charges are calculated, call a customer service representative a 1-800-356-0700. We will be happy to help you with the freight charges.
*Occasionally the FOB charge will not be automatically calculated due to the connection with the UPS site. We will add the charge when the order is shipped.

Fast Service
Orders placed by 1:00 PM - CT are shipped the same day. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Keep in mind that seasonality may affect the ability to process all orders the same day. Please contact customer service for specific requests. We can also ship UPS Next Day or Second Day Air upon your request. (Please note in the “Order Notes” portion of the “Shopping Cart” if you prefer this service.)

UPS Service
Guaranteed Ground Delivery If you are able to have your package delivered to a commercial address in town, UPS will guarantee ground delivery in the number of days per their On-Time, On-Track Guarantee Chart. Key "53714" in the Original Postal Code and your zip code in the Destination Postal Code.

Money Back Guarantee and Returns
If you receive an item that is not what you want, you may return it unused for a full refund or exchange, or if you receive an item you did not order. Contact us and we will correct the problem immediately.

*Returns must be in unused, re-saleable condition. *Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
*Bits: Once a bit is placed in a horses mouth, it cannot be returned.
*Saddles/Saddlepads/Blankets: Place a sheet over your horses back before trying on a saddle, saddlepad or blanket. No credit will be issued if they are used, dirty or have hair on them.
*Fencers: Contact respective manufacturer for warranty stipulations.
*Vaccines: Non-returnable. Please ensure that someone is available to accept upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments
Our shipping department takes great pride in their low damage rate, unfortunately damages do occur. If you do receive a damaged package, refuse it and call our customer service representatives as soon as possible. We will reship your order as soon as possible. If there is an urgent need for an item in the package, you may accept the shipment and take out the needed items, but do not throw the package out. There may be need for an inspection. We will send you replacement merchandise for that which is damaged.

Recycle
American Livestock Supply takes pride in our environment. We have several recycle programs in place at our location and encourage our customers to do the same. Our catalogs are printed with soy inks and on paper that have post consumer waste in them. The packaging foam that you may see in your packages is environmentally friendly and can be compressed down to 1/10 its original size. The product is landfill safe and will bio-degrade in a short period of time. You may reuse or throw out in your regular trash. Some boxes we ship in are re-used from our vendors. If you receive a box with a label of a product you didn’t order, be sure to open it.
