What if I change my email address and logon? How do I search for products on your website? Is there a way to save products I am interested in but do not want to order now? Why must cookies be enabled to place an order? How do I enable cookies on my browser? I am having difficulty trying to complete my order. What is wrong? Can I track my order? Can I track my air shipment? Does UPS ship and deliver every day of the week? How do I return an item?
1- Will my email address and password work on this new site?
Yes, just logon with your email and password and your billing, shipping and past orders will show up.
2- Why would I want to create a logon profile?
If you are placing an order, it takes no extra time to create the logon profile because you will fill out the same information at check-out. Your shipping address, billing address and shipping preferences will be saved for quicker use next time you order. Also you may view your past orders to see what vaccines, wormers or fly sprays you used last season..
3- How do I know if I have already created a logon profile?
If you try to create a logon profile with the same email address, you will receive a message that says your "logon already exists".
4- What if I forget my password?
If you do not remember your password just enter the email address associated with your account in the "Forgot Your Password?" portion on the logon page. Your password will immediately be emailed to that address. If you enter your email address and receive a message "Invalid User Name or Password" an account has not been set up for that address. You may create one by scrolling down to "Create a new account"
5- How do I search for products on your website?
There are several ways to search for products. You may enter the name of the product (or an ingredient) in the search field and select go. If you know the product code you may enter that in the search field and select go. Or you can use the Directory. Click on the category (cattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats, poultry, pets or closeout) listed to the left on the screen. Then select the product type for a list of products.
You may also browse through our Horse or General Livestock Catalog.
6-Is there a way to save products I am interested in but do not want to order now?
Yes you may place the products in the wish list to access anytime in the future.
7- Why must cookies be enabled to place an order?
Our web server sends a "cookie" (a small piece of information) to your web browser so our website can "remember" what you have entered into your basket. Without that cookie your basket will always appear as empty. This cookie cannot be used to get information from your hard drive. If you prefer not to enable cookies, you may still browse our website to view our products, however you will have to call or mail your order.
8- How do I enable cookies on my browser?
Note: Cookies should be active by default in most browsers. Netscape Navigator 4.x and higher: While in browser window, select Edit - Preferences - Advanced. Select the radio button next to 'accept all cookies' then click 'OK'
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x and higher: While in browser window, select Tools - Internet Options and then select the 'Security' tab. Move the 'security level for this zone' tab to medium or lower. Click 'OK'
9- I am having difficulty trying to complete my order. What is wrong?
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 and are experiencing problems adding to our baskets or logging on, please click on tools - internet options - privacy and move your settings to medium high or lower. 10- Can I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to UPS tracking
11- Can I track my air shipment?
Air packages now ship via UPS Next Day or 2day service. If you entered your email address in the check out process you will receive a shipping confirmation via email which includes your tracking number. You can track your package by entering your tracking number in the "track" box.
12- Does UPS ship and deliver every day of the week?
UPS delivers Monday through Friday only. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
13- How do I return an item?
If you receive an item that is not what you want, you may return it unused for a full refund or exchange. If you receive an item you didn't order, call our toll free number 1-800-356-0700 and we will take care of the problem immediately and always to your satisfaction. 14- What if I change my email address and logon?
Log onto the website with your old email address and in the account information change your email address to your new address.
