Controls lice and sarcoptic mange on swine. HOW IT WORKS:Prolate/Lintox-HD is a liquid product that kills pests on contact. Diluted and used as a spray or in a backrubber, it provides effective treatment of flies, lice, mange mites and ticks on cattle. Prolate/Lintox-HD also can be used as a spray for treatment of swine with lice or sarcoptic mange infestations.
Application sites:Following appropriate label instructions, apply diluted product directly to beef and nonlactating dairy cattle as a spray or backrubber treatment. For swine, apply only as a dilute spray solution.

PROLATE/LINTOX-HD is anorganophosphate insecticide and a cholinesteraseinhibitor. If signs of cholinesterase inhibition arepresent, atropine is antidotal. 2-PAM is also antidotaland may be administered in conjunction withatropine. If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Maypresent aspiration hazard. Usual symptoms oforganophosphate poisoning in humans include:headache, blurred vision, weakness, nausea,discomfort in the chest, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, salivation, swelling, pin-point pupils. Usual symptoms of poisoning in animals include: salivation, labored breathing, gastrointestinal disturbance, tremors, staggering, and pin-point pupils. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSThis pesticide is toxic to fish and aquaticinvertebrates. Do not apply directly to water, or toareas where surface water is present, or to intertidalareas below the mean high water mark. Do notcontaminate water by cleaning of equipment ordisposal of equipment washwaters or rinsate. Driftand runoff from treated areas may be hazardous toaquatic organisms in neighboring areas. SWINE SPRAY: To Control Lice, Sarcoptic Mange: One gallon of Prolate in 100 gallons of water One quart of Prolate in 25 gallons of water--- One cup of Prolate in 6.25 gallons of water.
