For intramuscular use in swine for infectious forms of arthritis and mycoplasma pneumonia. Works fast to penetrate tissue to combat causative organisms at the site of infection. Dosage: for arthritis or mycoplasma pneumonia – 5 mg. per pound of body weight intramuscularly once daily for 3-7 days as needed.

DESCRIPTION: A liquid antibiotic for intramuscular injection in swine. Special baby pig concentration. Comes in a 100 ml bottle.
INGREDIENTS: lincomcin hydrochloride , an antibiotic produced by Streptomyces lincoinenis var. linocinensis, which is chemically distinct from all other clinically available antibiotics. Contain 25 mg/ml. Also Benzyl Alcohol 9.45 mg added as a preservative.
DIRECTIONS: Is indicated for the treatment of infectious forms of arthritis caused by organisms sensitive to its activity.This includes most of the organisms responsible for the various infectious arthritides in swine; such as staphylococci, streptococci, Erysipelothrix and mycoplasma ssp. Also indicated for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Doseage- 5 mg per lb of body weight intramuscularly once daily for three to seven days as needed. This would be 1 ml per 5 lbs. For best results, start treatment as soon as possible. As with any multi-dose bottle, aseptic techniques should be used in withdrawing each dose. Adequately clean and disinfect the bottle top prior to entry with a sterile needle and syringe. No bottle should be entered more than 20 times. Store at controlled room temperature 20 degrees to 25 degrees C (68 to 77 F)
CONTRAINDICATIONS: As with all drugs, should not be used in animals previously found to be hypersensitive to this drug. Adverse reactions- may cause a transient diarrhea or loose stools. Although this effect has rarely been reported, it is important to be aware of the possibility and steps taken to prevent dehydration.
CAUTION: If no improvement is noted within 48 hours, consult a veterinarian.
WARNINGS: Swine intended for human consumption should not be slaughtered within 48 hours of latest treatment. NOT FOR HUMAN USE.
