Apple Dex is an electrolyte and trace mineral feed supplement for horses. May be administered in the horses feed or drinking water at the rate of 2 ounces per 10 gallons of fresh water, or 2 ounces in the horse’s daily feed ration in place of regular salt. Contents are in a powder form.

GUARANTEED ANALYSIS: Calcium, min 0.25%. Calcium, max 0.75%. Salt (NaCl), min 68%. Salt, max 73%. Potassium, min 11%. Magesium, min 0.40%.

INGREDIENTS: Salt (Sodium Chloride), Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Calcium Lactate Pentahydrate, Potassium Sulfate, Artificial Apple Flavor, Artificial Coloring.

INDICATIONS: Apple Dex supplements horses to provide additional electrolyte salts that may be lost by dehydration.

DOSAGE: Apple Dex may be administered in the horse’s feed or drinking water at the rate of 2 ounces per 10 gallons of fresh water, or 2 ounces in the horse’s daily feed ration in place of regular salt. Important: When administered in water allow no other source of drinking water.
