PRODUCT CODE AND NAME: HALT CRIBBING COATING. HALTC\t
DESCRIPTION: Curbs common vice. Halt Cribbing is a free-flowing oil and is available in colorless, brown and black. It may be used on barns (interior and exterior), stalls, mangers, fencing, gates, etc. The brown or black is available for those who prefer a color and want to stain and protect against cribbing in one easy operation. If you use colorless alone, it will retain the natural look of the wood. If you desire a color other than brown or black, you must paint in the color of your choice, then cover with our HALT CRIBBING COLORLESS. Halt cribbing is always ready for immediate use? won?t evaporate, separate or settle while standing. It is easily and quickly applied with a brush or with any spray equipment. Spirited horses in confinement often develop the bad habit of biting or setting the teeth against any wood often within reach, and sucking air at the same time. Known as ?cribbing,? this vice is cause for serious concern. It may detract from the value of the animal and will result in a variety of trouble. The teeth of cribbers will show more than normal wear, giving the impression of greater age. Swallowing of air causes hard keeping and a bloated appearance. Not only are horses with this habit subject to colic, but wood splinters may be dangerous. It certainly detracts from the trim good looks of your stable or corral when wood stalls, mangers, gates, fence rails, poles trees, etc. have been worn away by persistent gnawing of the horses.
